冬瓜瑤柱猴頭菇湯

備註:
冬瓜有消脂減肥去水腫之用。
冬瓜性寒,脾胃虛人仕不宜多吃。

  1. 瑤柱洗淨後,以清水浸泡一晚,連同浸泡過的水備用
  2. 猴頭菇浸軟及清洗,擠乾備用
  3. 冬瓜連皮洗刷乾淨,切成塊狀
  4. 瘦肉洗淨汆水後切件
  5. 煲內注10-12碗清水及浸泡過的瑤柱水,放入所有材料大火煲滾後轉小火煲3小時,按喜好加入鹽調味
