無糖豆漿
2 湯匙
魚膠粉
60 g
砂糖
凍豆腐花(不含石膏粉)
  1. 豆漿倒進鍋內以中小火煮熱,然後加入白砂糖(邊加入邊試味)
  2. 豆漿煮熱冒煙即轉小火 (不用煮至沸騰),一邊用攪拌豆漿,一邊將魚膠粉逐少放下鍋,直至魚膠粉完全溶解
  3. 將豆漿用篩過濾,倒進容器中。放涼後放入雪柜冷藏3-4小時凝固後即成
