南瓜紅棗湯

補中益氣、收斂肺氣

註備:
適合免疫力差、支氣管哮喘人仕食用。
不適合患有腳氣或黃疸病者。

  1. 南瓜削皮,洗淨後切成小件,待用
  2. 紅棗洗淨去核,待用
  3. 將所有材料放入煲內,注入8-10碗水,大火煲滾後轉細火煲約1.5小時至南瓜熟爛即可
