去濕八寶湯
  1. 冬瓜去瓤,洗淨切塊,備用
  2. 陳皮去瓤洗淨,排骨飛水
  3. 其餘材料用水洗淨
  4. 煲內放8碗水,將全部材料放下,猛火煲至水沸
  5. 先用猛火煲15分鐘, 然後轉慢火煲二2-3小時,加入適量食鹽調味
