合掌瓜薏米湯

備註:

若想合掌瓜去皮,請記得戴手套,免被合掌瓜黏液弄致雙手痕癢及脫皮。

  1. 合掌瓜洗淨切件備用
  2. 薏米及淮山浸泡30-60分鐘
  3. 瘦肉洗淨,汆水備用
  4. 八碗水,猛火煲至水沸,將全部材料放下,改用中火煲二至三小時,加入適量鹽調味
