姬松茸猴頭菇豬展湯
  1. 將所有材料分別洗淨
  2. 蜜棗去核
  3. 猴頭菇用溫水浸發後擠壓出水份
  4. 淮山、杞子、芡實稍浸泡。一起與豬腱肉、生薑下煲,加清水2500毫升(約10碗水),武火滾沸後改文火煲約2小時
