山楂麥芽瘦肉湯

備註:
新鮮荷葉只在夏天可以買到,其他季節可在中藥店購買。
容易患食物過敏的人,一般由腸胃積滯、消化不良以致,山楂麥芽瘦肉湯有健脾消滯、利尿解毒的功效。
由於麥芽能催生,孕婦勿用。

  1. 山楂、麥芽、荷葉、燈心花以清水浸洗
  2. 瘦肉洗淨汆水後切件
  3. 煲內注入約5碗清水,煮滾後放入所有材料,用中火煲約1小時,按喜好放鹽調味即可飲用
