木瓜花生排骨湯
  1. 將鮮木瓜洗淨去皮除核,並切件備用
  2. 花生用清水洗淨
  3. 排骨汆水洗淨
  4. 將上述湯料同放進湯煲內,加進10碗清水,先用武火(大火),后用文火(細火)煮至花生仁熟透變軟即可
