熱水

凍水
杞子桂花糕
  1. 將杞子洗淨,用熱水浸10分鐘
  2. 加入桂花糖拌勻
  3. 將魚膠粉,砂糖拌勻,加入桂花糖水中,攪拌至完全溶解,加入凍水拌勻
  4. 放入雪櫃冷藏1小時以上至凝固
