備註:適用於長期熬夜、肝腎過勞

解說:肝臟與腎臟是人體兩大代謝器官,肝主解毒,腎主排毒,如果這兩個器官出現問題,身體就會經常出現毛病。這個湯就具有補腎養肝的功效,非常適合在春天,尤其是交季時節乍暖還寒的時候,幫助調理身體。

貼士:蟲草花比蟲草要便宜得多,功效雖不如蟲草強,但亦具近似功效。這款湯中蟲草花可搭配的肉類很多,除瘦肉外,還有水魚、水鴨、鷄肉、乳鴿等,功能略有不用,但都以滋補肝腎為主。

  1. 瘦肉飛水洗凈
  2. 蟲草花洗凈稍微浸泡一下後清洗乾淨
  3. 桂圓肉、芡實及淮山洗凈後再用水浸泡1小時
  4. 以上材料處理後均瀝干水分備用
  5. 把所有材料放進燉盅裏面,加入適量的水,蓋上蓋子,隔水燉3個小時
  6. 打開蓋子後再在沸騰的鍋中煮3分鐘
