桑寄生蓮子蛋茶
  1. 蓮子用熱水浸泡10分鐘,去蓮芯
  2. 鍋中放入冷水和雞蛋,煮10分鐘將雞蛋烚熟。倒去熱水,用冷水冷卻去殼備用
  3. 桑寄生洗淨備用,用魚袋盛載,瀝乾水
  4. 鍋中注入清水,水滾後加入蓮子,慢火煲30分鐘
  5. 放入桑寄生魚袋及雞蛋,再轉慢火煲約1小時
  6. 最後加入片糖煮溶即可
