紅豆
200 g
椰汁
600 ml
60 g
花奶
100 g
砂糖
50 g
生粉/粟粉
1 適量
椰汁紅豆糕
  1. 紅豆洗淨浸過夜
  2. 取出紅豆放入熱滾水,以中火煮5分鐘,熄火加蓋焗5分鐘,重複2次至紅豆軟身,盛起隔水備用
  3. 大菜加入滾水中,以中火煮至完全溶透,再加入糖
  4. 椰汁加入花奶、水及粟粉拌勻,然後加大菜水,不停攪拌以細火煮沸至杰身,下紅豆及鹽拌勻
  5. 倒入容器內,放入雪柜至凝固後切件
