椰汁紫米糕
  1. 黑糯米洗淨, 用份量內1000ml水浸2小時
  2. 將水隔入煲內煮滾, 加入黑糯米, 蓋上煲蓋, 滾起後轉小火煮5分鐘
  3. 熄火焗15-20分鐘至透身; 隔出500ml水留用
  4. 大菜用清水浸約5分鐘, 瀝乾備用
  5. 椰汁與粟粉拌勻備用
  6. 片糖、大菜與紫米水煮溶
  7. 加入椰汁混合物, 快手攪勻成糊狀, 加入煮熟黑糯米
  8. 放入模內鋪平, 置雪櫃雪3小時以上即成
