椰汁黑糯米
  1. 黑糯米和麥米分開用水洗淨瀝乾備用
  2. 煲一小鍋水,水滾後落西米,小火煮8分鐘,然後加入1.5湯匙砂糖拌勻,合上煲蓋後熄火。(西米落水前先過冷河及隔去水份)
  3. 用大鍋燒熱清水,水滾後加入黑糯米和麥米,大火煲1小時
  4. 加入冰糖和西米再煮10-15分鐘至冰糖全溶,最後落椰漿拌勻及再煮滾後熄火
