小貼士:
利用冷縮熱脹的原理,將冷藏過的紅豆或綠豆倒入滾開水中,可加快起沙。

  1. 洗淨綠豆隔水,冷藏5小時至凝固
  2. 海帶洗淨,泡水浸軟10-15分鐘後切條備用
  3. 煲滾開水,將所有材料放入水中煮約1小時即可
