潤肺通便 健脾益氣

備註:
適合心煩失眠、口燥咽乾、少痰乾咳、大便乾燥人仕;亦適合脾胃氣虛、欠缺食慾、四肢乏力等症狀。

  1. 蘋果去核 切成8塊
  2. 豬腱汆水切件
  3. 海底椰切開
  4. 將所有材料放入煲內,注入10碗水,大火至滾起改慢火煲約2小時
