淮山栗子雪耳螺頭湯
  1. 將螺頭解凍去腸洗淨,連同瘦肉汆水備用
  2. 栗子用熱水浸片刻,去殼洗淨,其他材料浸洗,雪耳去蒂備用
  3. 注入10碗清水於煲內,凍水放薑片
  4. 水滾後,放入所有材料 (雪耳可後下),先用猛火煲半小時,轉慢火煲半小時,之後加雪耳再煲1小時
