潮州夾餅(冷糕)
  1. 餡料 --- 花生用油撈勻放入焗爐用180度焗5分鐘或至到香脆,然後放涼,去衣後將花生椿碎
  2. 花生椿碎後加入大約兩湯匙砂糖,混勻備用
  3. 潮州夾餅(冷糕) --- 將蛋與砂糖攪勻、加入奶拌勻,然後再加入梳打粉水拌勻,篩入麵粉及泡打粉攪勻至沒有粉粒,便可加入牛油溶液拌勻
  4. 在室溫靜罝30分鐘以上發酵 (亦可放入雪櫃待過夜),發酵後粉醬較糊身
  5. 平底鍋塗點油,用小火加熱後倒入粉醬加蓋煎熟約10分鐘
  6. 開蓋熟後加入花生、糖碎及芝麻於左半邊,再將另右半邊反上面做成夾餅,然後切件
