功效:
無花果清熱,利於呼吸道系統;南北杏清痰行咳,潤肺養顏;加上蜜棗,更是滋養。

  1. 瘦肉汆水洗淨,切件
  2. 雪耳浸軟,洗淨去蒂
  3. 將所有材料放入煲內,加6碗清水,煲1.5小時
