豬腱

牛蒡蘿蔔粟米湯

備註:
牛蒡含豐富的纖維素及鉀質,有助排走鈉質,控制血壓。但於腎臟功能欠佳的人士不宜。

  1. 牛蒡輕刮皮,然後洗淨,斜切成片狀或圓片狀
  2. 豬腱汆水
  3. 粟米去鬚切成小段
  4. 紅蘿蔔去皮切件
  5. 把所有材料加入10-12碗清水,煲2小時
