冰糖

番薯粟米露
  1. 番薯洗淨,去皮切塊,放入滾水裡煮約15分鐘至軟取出,水留用
  2. 將番薯壓成茸
  3. 薑磨成茸取薑汁備用
  4. 煲滾剛才煮番薯的水 (番薯:水比例為1:2; 即1碗番薯茸便用2碗水), 放番薯茸和粟米, 大火滾約15分鐘至夠杰度
  5. 放冰糖和薑汁調味即成
