酵母粉
410 ml
170 g
砂糖
200 g
粘米粉
白糖糕

備註:
夏天發酵時間至6小時。其他季節需發酵8小時。

  1. 將粘米粉(篩過)、水、糖拌均勻
  2. 酵母粉用一湯匙的水開均勻備用
  3. 用小火煮成糊狀,期間需不停攪拌以免結成硬粉團
  4. 以篩子過濾,冷卻後加入酵母水及發粉拌勻
  5. 放置8小時發酵,然後倒入蒸盤內(先掃油),以大火蒸25分鐘至熟,待涼切塊即可
