白蘿蔔湯

備註:
白蘿蔔選長條枝、潔白及肥厚為上佳。
白蘿蔔含維他命A-E,可消除飽滯悶結,清滌頑痰,飲食過量嘔吐而吐不出者。

  1. 將白蘿蔔去皮、洗淨,切片
  2. 將白蘿蔔放入煲內,加入6碗水煲滾後轉中火煲20-30分鐘至腍身(或燉2小時),加入少許胡椒粉即可飲用
