備註:
花生保留其外衣,配合蓮藕,更加強止血的功效,可預防秋季常見的鼻衄(流鼻血)。
節瓜配花生則可加強化濕利濕之力,有效預防香港腳和腳氣病復發。
生藕性寒,熟藕則性微溫,能清熱潤肺,解渴除煩,止血健胃。

  1. 西施骨汆水備用
  2. 節瓜洗淨去皮,切塊備用
  3. 蓮藕洗淨去皮,切塊,拍半爛備用
  4. 薑片洗淨備用
  5. 鍋中加入8-10碗開水煮滾,放入節瓜、蓮藕、花生、生薑,中火煲約1.5小時,按喜好加鹽調味即可
