備註:
此款糖水亦可加杞子及圓肉

  1. 雪耳浸軟至脹大,剪去根蒂,切小片備用
  2. 紅棗去核洗淨備用
  3. 大火煲滾水, 下雪耳及紅棗大火滾約半小時至軟身
  4. 下冰糖調味即成
