陳皮

冰糖

紅豆沙
  1. 紅豆洗淨浸最少12小時
  2. 陳皮浸軟(約1小時),然後刮去瓤
  3. 煮滾水,下紅豆及陳皮,以中火煲45分鐘
  4. 放涼後放入雪櫃3小時, 取出再用中火煮45分鐘
  5. 加冰糖煮溶
