小貼士:
購買羅漢果時,應該挑選形圓,色澤黃褐,搖不響,殼不破不焦,味甜而不苦者為上品。

  1. 羅漢果切開取肉取殻
  2. 龍眼乾洗淨
  3. 將所有材料放入煲內,注入2公升清水以大火煲滾轉小火,煲約20分鐘即可飲用(可放入雪柜凍飲)
