生薏米

1 適量
冰糖
腐竹雞蛋糖水
  1. 生薏米用水浸30分鐘
  2. 白果去殼洗凈備用
  3. 生薏米及白果放入煲內,加水用中火煮40-45分鐘至軟身
  4. 腐竹沖水及浸軟,放入煲中至爛開
  5. 加冰糖按喜好調味,並放入雞蛋煮約5分鐘,熄火焗5-8分鐘
