黑芝麻粉
600 ml
12 g
粘米粉
100 g
砂糖
1/2 茶匙
麻油
1/2 茶匙
橄欖油
芝麻卷(菲林卷)
  1. 芝蔴洗乾淨隔水後以白鑊炒香,用500毫升清水與芝蔴倒入攪拌機,攪成芝蔴漿。(或以芝麻粉代替)
  2. 將芝蔴漿及糖同放入煲中,以慢火將糖煮溶,隔渣備用
  3. 馬碲粉及粘米粉用100毫般水調勻,過篩
  4. 將(2)(3)加入麻油混合,然後倒入已塗油的盤中,大約1.5毫米厚,以大火蒸約3分鍾至凝固 5) 放涼後卷成條狀即可
