糯米粉

生粉/粟粉

花生湯圓
  1. 將花生醬加入糖粉拌勻成餡料備用
  2. 將糯米粉與粟粉慢慢加入溫水中攪拌,用手搓成粉團狀
  3. 將粉團揉成長條狀,切成小粉團
  4. 將小粉團搓圓壓平成內厚外薄,於入餡料,搓成圓形
  5. 燒滾一鍋熱水,將湯圓放入熱水用中 火煮3分鐘,轉以小火煮5分鐘至脹起及浮面,盛起
  6. 水煮滾,加入兩片薑及商量片糖,煮至片糖溶解便可伴湯圓進食
