補虛養血 強身健體

備註:
豬背骨較香甜,可代替排骨

  1. 紅豆洗淨後浸泡一晚,再瀝乾
  2. 蓮藕洗刷乾淨後切片
  3. 紅棗洗淨去核
  4. 陳皮浸軟刮囊
  5. 排骨或豬背骨洗淨汆水備用
  6. 煲內注入12碗水,放入所有材料大火煲滾後轉細火煲約3小時
