備註:
可用一半清水, 一半蔗汁代替全份蔗汁。

  1. 馬蹄洗淨,抹乾,切薄片或拍碎
  2. 置馬蹄粉於一大碗內,倒入蔗汁1杯調勻成馬蹄粉漿料備用(需用篩隔過)
  3. 燒滾3杯蔗汁,加入冰糖煮至全溶,加入馬蹄片或碎煮至滾,隨即將糖水撞入馬蹄粉漿料內,快手拌勻成1份半生熟蔗汁馬蹄漿,加入油半湯匙
  4. 將蔗汁馬蹄漿倒入已抹油蒸糕盆內, 中央放入一粒紅棗, 以大火隔水蒸約30分鐘至熟,撈出,攤凍,切件
