高鈣低脂鮮奶
20 g
砂糖
1 湯匙
薑汁 (以老薑磨汁)
薑汁撞奶

小貼士:
撞入牛奶後不要手攪拌。

  1. 將薑去皮磨成蓉用篩隔渣, 薑汁放入碗內備用
  2. 將砂糖加入鮮奶內,以慢火煲至冒出煙後,關火(但不要沸騰)
  3. 把煲中的鮮奶慢慢倒入巳放薑汁的碗內(倒入前薑汁要拌勻),待凝固即可享用
