蘋果雪梨無花果湯

備註:
雪梨清熱降火,潤肺去燥,無花果健脾、滋潤,豬腱亦有滋補作用。

  1. 豬腱洗淨、汆水
  2. 將雪梨和蘋果洗淨去芯,切成角狀
  3. 陳皮浸洗乾淨,南、北杏和無花果分別清洗乾淨
  4. 將陳皮放入10-12碗清水煲滾,水滾後料其餘材放進滾水煲10分鐘,然後轉為慢火煲約1.5小時,加入適量鹽調味即可
