西樵大餅
  1. 低筋麵粉篩好置於平面上,中間挖一個穴,加入其餘材料搓成軟麵糰,蓋保鮮紙靜置30分鐘
  2. 雙手沾上麵粉,將麵糰搓成圓形放在焗爐紙上,然後放進焗盆上,用手按平,灑上少許麵粉並蓋上錫紙
  3. 預熱焗爐,用170度焗20分鍾即可
