雪耳木瓜糖水
  1. 雪耳浸軟至脹大,剪去根蒂,切小片備用
  2. 木瓜去皮、去籽洗淨,切成小塊備用
  3. 南北杏洗淨備用
  4. 煲內注入水,將所有料放入煲至水滾,轉慢火煲1.5小時,最後加入冰糖煲約10分鐘
