備註:
養肝之選。這湯尚算平和,一般人士均可飲用。

  1. 將瘦肉洗淨汆水
  2. 紅棗去核洗淨
  3. 將其他材料洗淨,連同瘦肉一同放入煲內
  4. 加入清水14碗煲兩個半小時,即可飲用
