靈芝百合淮山湯

備註:
養心安神、對疲倦乏力、面黃、失眠者常飲有益。
味甘微寒。尤補心肺兩臟。可潤肺止咳、清心安神。

  1. 將西施骨洗淨汆水
  2. 栗子去殼,泡1分鐘熱水然後去皮
  3. 靈芝洗淨切片
  4. 將其他材料洗淨,連同西施骨一同放入煲內
  5. 煲內注入12-15碗水,蓋過食材2吋,大火煮沸後轉文火煲2小時即可
