註備:
陰虛者不宜服用。

  1. 馬蹄削皮,無花果洗浄備用
  2. 瘦肉洗淨、切塊汆水,再洗淨備用
  3. 將所有材料及薑片放入煲內,注入10-12碗水,大火煲滾後轉細火煲約2.5小時即可
