  1. 竹蔗洗淨,對切開
  2. 茅根洗淨備用
  3. 紅蘿蔔去皮洗淨,切件
  4. 馬蹄洗淨去皮
  5. 將材料放入煲後,加水。大火滾起,後轉慢火,煲1.5小時
