馬蹄粉
30 g
冰糖
1200 ml
馬蹄糕

備註:
馬蹄亦稱荸薺

  1. 馬蹄去掉兩端,削皮拍碎備用
  2. 馬蹄粉加3碗水拌勻,濾去雜質
  3. 冰糖下鍋,加3碗水煮溶,再下馬蹄碎及粉漿,用慢火邊煮邊拌勻
  4. 煮至呈透明狀後馬上熄火,倒進盤內壓平再蒸35分鐘
