1 茶匙
乾酵母

黑糖馬拉糕

備註:
豬油可以牛油或菜油 20克代替

  1. 將豬油與牛油隔水蒸至融化
  2. 麵粉與黑糖用篩隔一隔
  3. 乾酵母混入暖水成液體
  4. 將其餘所有材料拌勻,然後靜待粉漿發酵2-3小時(以夏季計),亦可放入雪櫃過夜發酵
  5. 已發酵之粉漿會明顯漲起並散發酵母味
  6. 容器入掃一層油以方便蒸好後脫模,可改用糕模,內掃一層油後放在鋪好牛油紙並已掃油的蒸籠中
  7. 將粉漿倒入容器3/4滿備用
  8. 鍋內注水,水滾後將容器放入鍋入蒸20分鐘左右即成
