木瓜雪耳瘦肉湯
  1. 將瘦肉洗淨汆水
  2. 南北杏用水浸1小時
  3. 木瓜、紅蘿蔔、粟米洗淨切件
  4. 雪耳浸軟,洗淨去蒂
  5. 煲內放入所有材料並加入10-12碗清水煲滾,,然後轉為慢火煲約1.5小時,按喜好加入適量鹽調味即可
