備註:特別針對南方春季脾胃濕毒
貼士:薏米性寒,所以體虛的人不宜食用。如是脾虛的人,可以熟薏米,寒性會減弱許多。

  1. 將淮山、百合、蓮子及薏米、紅棗分別用清水洗凈
  2. 放在碗中浸泡1小時去硫磺後瀝乾水份備用
  3. 瘦肉放入冷水中,大火燒開,飛水後瀝乾水分,再切件備用
  4. 將所有材料放進湯鍋裏面,加入適量的水,武火(大火)煮開轉文火(細火)煮2.5小時
