肉片絲瓜湯

備註:
脾胃虛寒忌用。

  1. 將瘦肉洗淨後切薄片,裝入盤肉,於入雞蛋、鹽、澱粉並拌勻
  2. 將絲瓜用刀刮淨、洗淨、瀝乾
  3. 木耳洗淨備用
  4. 將絲瓜略炒,連同瘦肉一同放入煲內
  5. 加入清水10碗煲,大火煲至水滾轉文火(小火)約1.5小時,即可飲用
