西洋菜羅漢果豬腱湯
  1. 西洋菜用鹽水浸20分鐘, 洗淨備用
  2. 南北杏浸洗30-60分鐘
  3. 豬肉汆出洗淨備用
  4. 羅漢果, 蜜棗洗淨備用
  5. 注入8碗水, 放入所有材料,先用猛火煲半小時, 沸騰後轉慢火最少兩個半小時
