備註:
此湯適合易水腫及濕熱體質的人,但脾胃虛寒的人則不要服用了

  1. 將所有材料洗淨,瘦肉汆水備用
  2. 陳皮浸泡20分鐘備用
  3. 所有材料放入煲,加入適量清水,大火煮沸後轉慢火煲2小時
