雪耳無花果粟米湯

備註
初秋天氣漸轉涼快,咽喉亦較易出現乾涸痕癢。中國人強調不時不食,夏末秋初是無花果當造的時節,可多吃些無花果改善咽喉不適。

  1. 瘦肉洗淨、汆水
  2. 無花果、粟米及分紅蘿蔔別清洗乾淨及切細件
  3. 雪耳浸軟,洗淨去蒂
  4. 杞子略洗
  5. 煲內放入所有材料並加入10-12碗清水煲滾,,然後轉為慢火煲約1.5小時,按喜好加入適量鹽調味即可
