山楂麥芽消滯水

酸甘化陰、生津止渴

備註:
麥芽味甘,能消食健胃,行氣舒肝;山楂味酸,能消食化積,活血化瘀;紅棗味甘,能補氣健脾,養血安神;片糖味甘,能補脾益氣。此方有補氣健胃,養陰生津之功,適合夏季汗出較多,食納不佳時服用;同時可放於冰箱作凍飲,以增消暑解渴之效。

山楂味酸而活血,胃酸過多者及孕婦慎用。

  1. 山楂肉、麥芽及紅棗洗淨
  2. 將山楂肉、麥芽及紅棗放入煲內,注入清水10碗,煲約30分鐘,加入紅糖拌勻即可飲用
